Making a purchase:
ShoeTherapy aims to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. To place an order select the item you wish to purchase in the size and colour of your choice by clicking on the corresponding box to add the item into the shopping basket.

Order Acceptance:
Orders placed via our store are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by ShoeTherapy. We aim to ensure that our stock availability is correct.  Should there be any discrepancies with your order we will contact you immediately to provide you with an alternative delivery date or with a suitable replacement or a refund.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided such as billing/delivery addresses, personal details and credit and debit card details are correct and up to date. Any changes to these details must be notified immediately to our Advisory Team on contact@ShoeTherapy.com. Acceptance of the affore mentioned changes are subject to approval upon written receipt from ShoeTherapy.

Cancellation Rights:
Should you need to amend or cancel you order, this may be done by 2pm on the day of the order placement. After this time the parcel will already be on its way! Please email our customer service team at contact@ShoeTherapy.com ring us on 0844 287 0004

Returns and Refunds:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund or free exchange for unworn items.  Just return them to us within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging.
Please use the return address label provided with our delivery note and fill in the form to let us know why you want to return the shoes to us.
We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Refunds will be paid once we have received the goods and accepted their condition. Postage will be refunded if we have made an error and shipped the wrong item or there is a fault with the product.

Discounts:
Refunds for items from an order that had a Discount or Promotion applied will be calculated as follows:
Where a discount has been applied to the entire order e.g. '£10 off' the discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. So if four items were ordered then each item returned would include a £2.50 discount. If a percentage discount was applied, then the percentage would apply to each item.
If a Promotion was applied e.g. Buy One Get One Free then all items in the promotion must be returned for a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.

Product Notices:
ShoeTherapy takes great care in ensuring that all of our products are produced to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned for a refund provided this returned within a reasonable period from purchase.  This is in line with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In normal circumstances, reasonable time would be expected to be within 45 days of product dispatch. ShoeTherapy undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where a product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
All efforts are made to ensure our prices are correct.  The price of goods is subject to acceptance upon dispatch of the order to the customer. Should there be any variation in price you will be contacted by a member of our advisory team. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

All elements of the ShoeTherapy website, including images, technology and designs are protected under registration of ShoeTherapy ltd. Images may not be reproduced or products represented for onward customer sale, without express consent from ShoeTherapy Limited.
